hey there. I'm Robyn. A 42 year old wife, mom to 3 & nutrition coach, designer & a holistic nutrition student. I lost 49 pounds doing the Weight Watchers program & over the course of the last few years, have found lots of simple everyday ways to change my life, eventually losing about 80 pounds in total. I started with working on "cleaning up" my eating, less processed, more real, whole, nutrient dense foods. I'm feeling better than ever before, found a love for exercise, weightlifting {I even did a bodybuilding competition 2 years ago & this summer my first triathlon}, even though I've NEVER been an athlete. I've also found a love for better, plant based way of eating...& it's showing, in body, mind & overall health.  I'm constantly striving to improve myself in any way I can.
